DAY 01: ARRIVAL IN HANOI – DRIVE TO SAPA
Morning arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, Hanoi. Upon arrival, meet your driver and enjoy a scenic drive to Sapa, a picturesque mountain town in northern Vietnam known for its terraced rice fields, ethnic villages, and cool climate.
Travel through winding mountain roads and verdant valleys, admiring the breathtaking scenery along the way. Arrive in Sapa and check in at your hotel. Evening free to explore the charming town, enjoy local markets, or simply relax and take in the serene mountain atmosphere.

DAY 02: SAPA – FANSIPAN MOUNTAIN – CABLE CAR, TRAM RIDE & GLASS BRIDGE
After breakfast, embark on an exciting excursion to Fansipan Mountain, the “Roof of Indochina.” Ride the Fansipan Cable Car, one of the longest and highest cable cars in the world, offering panoramic views of terraced valleys and mist-covered peaks.
Upon reaching the upper station, continue via tram ride to the summit. Visit the Glass Bridge, an engineering marvel offering thrilling views of the valley below and stunning photo opportunities. Return to Sapa town in the evening.

DAY 03: SAPA – DRIVE BACK TO HANOI – CYCLO TOUR & CITY TOUR
After breakfast, check out and drive back to Hanoi. Upon arrival, take a traditional Cyclo Tour through the Old Quarter, exploring the charming streets, local markets, and colonial-era architecture.
Continue with a City Tour, visiting key landmarks including the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda, and Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first national university. Evening at leisure to enjoy Hanoi’s vibrant atmosphere.

DAY 04: HANOI – NINH BINH EXCURSION
After breakfast, depart for a full-day excursion to Ninh Binh, known as “Ha Long Bay on Land.” Enjoy a peaceful boat ride through Trang An, surrounded by towering limestone karsts, serene rivers, and lush rice paddies.
Visit Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam, and explore its historic temples dedicated to past kings. Experience the region’s tranquil landscapes and picturesque countryside before returning to Hanoi in the evening.

DAY 05: HANOI – HA LONG BAY OVERNIGHT CRUISE
After breakfast, drive to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ha Long Bay, famous for its emerald waters and thousands of limestone islands. Board your overnight cruise and sail through the breathtaking bay, visiting Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave and Bo Nau Cave to marvel at impressive stalactite formations.
Stop at Titov Island, where you can swim, relax on the beach, or climb to the viewpoint for panoramic vistas of the bay. Enjoy a tranquil evening onboard as the cruise anchors amidst the spectacular seascape.

DAY 06: HA LONG BAY – HANOI DEPARTURE

Depending on your departure time, you may have a short window for last-minute shopping or sightseeing in Hanoi before heading to Noi Bai International Airport for your onward journey.

Visa Requirement
- VISA FOR VIETNAM FOR UAE RESIDENTS
- UAE residents need to apply for a Vietnam e-visa online or at a Vietnamese embassy to travel to Vietnam. Requirements typically include a passport with at least six months' validity, a copy of the UAE residence visa, a recent passport-sized photo, and an application fee. The e-visa application can be completed on the official Vietnamese government website, and processing usually takes 3-7 working days.
- GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- To get a Vietnam visa as a UAE resident, you generally need a valid passport, a recent passport-sized photo, a completed application form, and your UAE residence visa. You will also need to provide travel details like your entry/exit dates and ports, and may require a return flight ticket and proof of accommodation, depending on your visa type.
- Essential documents.
- ü Passport: Valid for at least six months from your entry date into Vietnam, with at least one or two blank pages.
- ü UAE Residence Visa: A copy of your residence visa is often required.
- ü Passport-sized photo: A recent, clear photo with a white background. Digital copies are often needed for online applications, while physical photos may be required for offline applications.
- ü Application Form: A completed visa application form, which can be filled out online or offline.
- ü Other potential requirements
- ü Travel Itinerary: Information on your travel plans, including your temporary address (e.g., hotel) in Vietnam, entry/exit dates, and ports of entry and exit.
- ü Flight Tickets: A confirmed return flight ticket is sometimes required.
- ü Bank Statements: Stamped and signed bank statements for the last six months may be requested in some cases.
- ü Visa Approval Letter: This is required for the visa on arrival option, not for the e-visa application
Cancellation
- CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellation charges applicable strictly as per the cancellation policies below:
- 1.Cancellation 30-16 days prior to the departure date: 50% of the land package cost
- 2.Cancellation 16-07 days prior to the departure date: 75% of the land package cost 3) Cancellation 07 days or less prior to the departure date or a ‘NO SHOW’ on the tour: 100% of the total tour cost.
- PAYMENT POLICY:
- Payment for the tour must be made as per the invoice, payment terms & conditions:
- 1.You may arrange to remit the payments to our Dubai bank account. For full payment, remittance of USD 30 will be applicable on the Total Invoice Amount; for part-payment remittance of USD 30 per transaction will be applicable on the Total Invoice Amount.
- 2.In case of credit card payment, credit card charges will be applicable: 3% on any card; 5% on AMEX card.
- 3.We will need a 50% deposit to process the booking. Full Payment would be due 45 days prior departure.
- TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- All the products & services mentioned in Vacation Dunya Travel & Tourism LLC website and sold to our esteemed clients are bound to stipulated terms and conditions and the same shall govern the contract between the company, Vacation Dunya Travel & Tourism LLC and its Clients.
- The booking will be made by Vacation Dunya Travel & Tourism LLC only:
- a)On acceptance of our written quotation or offer.
- b)On receipt of passport copies of all passengers travelling.
- c)On specified non-refundable initial deposit to proceed with the booking.
- d)On full payment of the tour for last minute bookings.
- e)Consent given to use of the client’s personal date relevant to the complete the booking.
- The binding contract commences upon the issuance of the Booking Confirmation that mentions the details of the tour.
- Vacation Dunya Travel & Tourism LLC reserves the right to terminate the contract or decline the confirmation of the booking and return the deposit as per our sole discretion at any time before the tour.
- Please read carefully and understand the contents of the tour brochure / itinerary and terms and conditions.
- Amount paid towards a group tour cannot be transferred to a customized package.
- Unutilized bookings / services will not be carried forward to the next calendar year.
- The Lead Passenger on the booking confirmation will be authorized for all the passengers on the booking confirmation to agree with the terms and conditions, acceptance of the booking, and for the payment of themselves and on behalf of all the passengers mentioned on the booking.
- No person/s other than those affiliated with Vacation Dunya Travel & Tourism LLC, in writing, has the authority to vary, add, amplify, or waive any stipulation, representation, term or condition in the brochure/ website/ online & offline booking tools.
- Vouchers will be released in 3-4 working days after we receive the full payments / 07 days prior to the departure.
- In case of last-minute bookings credit card guarantee has to be provided to confirm the services.
- Any on-board expenses will have to be paid by the client directly in cash or credit card.
- No refunds either in part or full will be made in case of any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours.
- Vacation Dunya Travel & Tourism LLC is not responsible for any personal belongings, or any other valuable items left in our vehicles or tour sites, it is solely your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
- On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will not be any live entertainment.
- Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.
- Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.
- Vacation Dunya Travel & Tourism LLC reserves the rights to charge 100% no show charges if the guest is not there at the time of scheduled pick-up.
- IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Rates quoted are Nett and Non-Commissionable.
- Due to the dynamic rates system across the globe, the above quotation is valid for 24 hours only.
- The above is just a quote and the same is subject to availability at the time of booking.
- No Rooms or Services have been blocked.
- The above quotation is not valid if dates overlap with Exhibitions & special events unless specified.
- Rooms / Rates are subject to availability unless booked.
- Please check all inclusions as any additions will incur extra charges.
- Rates quoted are based on minimum 2 pax travelling together.
- Any amendments to the date of travel or number of passengers will subject to requote.
- Tourism Dirham Tax will be charged by the hotel directly to the guests upon arrival unless specified.

- Airline / Fuel Surcharges may apply which needs to be paid over and above the Tour Cost.
- Midnight surcharges will be applicable for Transfers arranged between 2200 hrs. – 0700 hrs. (depending on the flight details given by you).

- Hotels reserve the right to release bookings held on Time Limit without prior notice.
- In case of any unavailability, we reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal standard.
- Vacation Dunya is not responsible for any missed breakfast due to flight timings. There won’t be any refund for it. You may request at the hotel directly to pre-book a boxed breakfast in case of an early morning departure. This would also be at the discretion of the hotel.
- Breakfast, if included, cannot be provided on the day of arrival at any city.
- Vacation Dunya is not responsible for any excess baggage charges on tour.
- Vacation Dunya reserves the right to change any information, route or attractions before or after your booking due to events beyond our control like bad weather, any natural calamity, any accident, and or any logistic issues.
- Check in time at the hotel is after 14:00 hrs. and check out is before 12:00 hrs. Early check in and late check out requests are subject to availability and at the discretion of the hotel.
- Certain sightseeing tour/activities are seasonal and operate on specific dates only.
- For certain sightseeing on Seat in Coach Basis you may need to go for to the pickup point.
- All Transfers & Sightseeing’s are on Seat In Coach basis unless specified on Private basis.
- If the Flight Schedule does not meet the Seat In Coach Transfer Schedule of the Supplier then the Transfers will be confirmed on Private basis at Supplement Cost.
- All tours and transfers are point to point unless Vehicle at disposal is booked.
- The pick-up or drop-off timings can be changed as per the trip schedule. It may also change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Kindly note that the driver will wait at the arrival terminal for a maximum of 60 minutes after the flight arrives. Should the guest not arrive within 60 minutes it will be considered as a NOSHOW, rebooking of transfers will be arranged at an additional cost.
- For Excursion / sightseeing transfers & departure transfers vehicle will wait for maximum of 10 minutes.
- For Sharing transfers, the drivers will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes from the scheduled time.
- The maximum dimensions per bag (H + W + L) must not exceed 158 cm (62 inches) – 1 piece + 1 Hand luggage in between 2 guests.
- Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
